Residency

Ohio divorce courts follow strict residency laws. Under Ohio divorce laws, the residency requirements are:
  • One of the partners must be a resident of Ohio for at least six months.

Distribution of Property

Change of Name or Restoration of Name

Mediation Counseling

Alimony
